Duties and Responsibilities
Review job specifications to determine / approve proper and effective layouts and die cutting for project converting.
Set up for make readies for simple to complex configurations.
Adjust machine during production run as required for adherence to all quality, production and customer requirements.
Responsible for the productivity and quality controls of the entire project, including the helpers and packers.
Ensure that all boxes are labeled neatly and accurately per job ticket specifications.
Maintain frequent QC product pulls throughout the run to support QC processes.
May oversee the operation of two machines simultaneously.
Record job information on load tags and time sheets.
Support necessary equipment maintenance and repairs per the OEM recommendations.
Promptly notify management of any quality, productivity or functional concerns.
Maintain neat, safe and organized work area at all times.
