1959:
Julius Miller establishes Rex as a letterpress and photo engraving company.

1963:
Steve Miller is appointed CEO.

1972:

2002:
Rex automates online monitor proofing.

2004:
Rex offers innovative marketing tools that increase customer’s ROI of direct mail campaigns.

2005:
Rex acquires NexPress to offer customers advanced digital printing options.

2006:
Rex pioneers Sprout Loud Networks, a technology division offering corporations custom marketing and brand management solutions.

2008:
Rex acquires small press to enhance print production capabilities.

2009:
Rex is honored Vendor of the Year by Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines.
Rex creates innovative Software-as-a-Service to streamline Topps Trading Card prepress production workflows.

2009:
Rex 3's sister company Sproutloud Media Networks is named Gartner's 'Cool Vendor of the Year'

2014: 
Rex is recognized by South Florida Business Journal as Top Commercial Printer of South Florida. 

2015: 
Rex acquires Heidelberg Superpress, the most innovative offset press in South Florida.
