Rex3 was the one of the first companies in the country to deploy a fully integrated Computer-to-plate system. The production workflow incorporates the Screen PlateRite 8000 system in conjunction with the Kodak Thermal plates. Our 100% fully digital plating workflow is calibrated with the color proofing systems on a daily basis. Customers have enjoyed the increased efficiencies in manufacturing as well as the increased quality level of the printed piece. Color images print cleaner and sharper with the use of this system because it is a first generation laser dot that is imaged on the plates.
