Emailing files?

Our e-mail address is dtp@rex3.com.

Please be sure to include your name, company name, phone number and job number.

Also include any additional information to properly identify the file(s). If you need to send multiple files compress them together using stuffit or winzip.

Attach the file(s) to your email as a standard attachment.

After sending the e-mail, please contact your sales rep, production assistant or the prepress department by phone to inform us that the file has been sent.

Please note that you may have problems trying to send large files via e-mail. This is because many e-mail servers limit the size of the e-mail that can be sent. Please check with your e-mail administrator to determine the maximum file size permitted. Rex can accept files up to 1 gigabyte but we recommend keeping your email messages under 10 megabytes. Larger files should be uploaded through our web uploads.
